Published by bookseller Paul Appell, this facsimile edition is an exact reproduction of the original including dust jacket, except for imprint information added to title page to designate its facsimile status. The book is in fine condition with some light foxing on top fore edge. The dust jacket is in very fine condition. Included with this book is a handwritten letter from the publisher Paul Appel dated June 7, 1985 to Bernard A. Margolis, a bookseller at this time. The letter discusses Appel's latest shipment of copies of the book and availability. Bernard A. Margolis went on to become the President of the Boston Public Library and, later, the New York State Librarian. Fine / Very Fine
